Sad News :( Please Read!!!

Hey guys.....I know its been forever since I last posted. :(
So I've been thinking.

I might shut this blog down. :( Which makes me really sad, because I've worked really hard on it, but I just dont have that much time to post anymore!

Well, actually, I have time to post, I just don't have time to comment on other people's blogs that often. And if I don't have time to comment on others blogs, then my blog wont get any comments.....which has been happening quite alot lately. I'm not sure why its been slow, and why I haven't been getting many comments, even during in the summer when I commented on other peoples blogs like crazy.

Anyway. So I've been thinking maybe I'll just blog during the holidays when I don't have school, and in the summer.
And of course I will always have my TUMBLR that you can look at more lovely pictures.

So what do you think?

1. Should I shut down this blog and just use my tumblr instead because I have more time for tumblr?

2. Or keep this blog, and do posts at least once a week, even if I don't get many comments and I'm not able to comment on other people's blogs.

3. Keep this blog, but only blog during fall break, spring break, winter break, and summer.

Please please please let me know!!!

It depends on what you want from your blog and why you want it. Summertime is slow and with the storms in New York a lot of bloggers still don't have power. But if you want to take your blog to the next level you might consider getting sponsorships or advertising. But it really is what's best for you. Hope that helps!

It's definitely up to you. Do you blog for you or do you blog for others?

I say keep it, and if you blog then you blog, if you don't then you don't. But if you erase it, it's gone. Right? You won't have an option other than starting over.

Your blog is lovely so I hope you don't shut it down. But you have to do what's right for you. My advice would be to blog for yourself. They say "dance as if no one's watching" well instead you should "blog as if no one's watching". Don't get caught up by how many people comment because it shouldn't matter. Even if just 10 people see your blog each day then that's 10 people who you made smile today and that's got to be a good thing xxx

Although I've been following your blog longer than I've known what blogger is, I have to admit, I've never actually left you a comment before now. You have my sincerest apologies.

Your blog has always had a way of bringing a smile to my face, even when I wasn't looking for one, and brining a little sunlight to an often dark world.

While it would be difficult for us, the people who visit your blog every time there's a new post...sometimes when there isn't, to make a decision on your life, I do hope you know that you'll be missed should you chose to move on.

You should do what will make you happiest and we'll wish you well regardless of your choice.

I think it depends what you're getting out of it, I don't have that many followers or comments but my blog keeps me motivated and keeps me inspired - its a bonus if you can inspire others too and your blog is definitely very inspiring. Maybe wait, have a break if you need to :) xoxoxoxox

I think you should blog if it makes you happy. Not because you do, or don't get comments. There is another site I follow, Bits of Truth, that posts lots of beautiful pictures and quotes. She has almost 600 followers, but when I look at her comments section, she almost always has NONE! Her blog is obviously inspirational to people, but they just don't comment. They come to her, get inspired, leave, and come back for more when she posts again. I think it's great that she just keeps doing her thing, regardless of the lack of validation in her comments section. It's all a personal thing - so you choose. We'll be sad to see you go though, if you do!
